When you revisit the PPD Manager in QuarkXPress, you can select your auxiliary folder and limit the PPDs to the ones you copied. After you create an auxiliary folder, copy the PPDs you want from the default location and paste the copies into your new repository. Before you change to an alternate location, the PPD Manager shows you the default folder in which you'll find your PPDs. The PPD Manager also includes an option to use an auxiliary PPD folder. If you open the "Utilities" menu and choose "PPD Manager," you see the entire list of PPDs available to your software, with check boxes you can use to add or remove any of them from the list that appears in the Print dialog box.
